College Diploma, Lethbridge College
I graduated from the Lethbridge College Massage Therapy Program (Accredited by the Canadian Massage Therapy Council for Accreditation) in April 2021 with 2200 hours of clinical training. I also completed a cupping course in August 2021 and am amazed at the benefit of it being incorporated with therapeutic treatments.
Helping people reach their goals, whether it be reducing pain, increasing mobility, building strength, or injury recovery, is something I want to do for each individual who comes in. I believe in the value of a multidisciplinary approach to healing the body and look forward to collaborating with my coworkers to help all patients recover from injuries and live better fuller lives.
I love sports and they have always played a major role in my life since day one. I grew up playing many different sports, but the ones I was most active in were hockey, volleyball and olympic lifting. I have competed in olympic lifting for 6 years and attended Junior Nationals 4 times. This is where my passion to help athletes perform to the best of their ability started.
I was born and raised in Prince Albert, SK. and moved to Lethbridge in 2018 for schooling. In my spare time, you will find me spending time with my family, in the gym, in a yoga class, making handmade indigenous jewellery, binge-watching my favourite tv shows, and watching all the new movies (especially anything in the Marvel Universe). My pets, Moose(cat), Loki(cat), and Odin(dog) are also high on my priority list and I love spending my evenings at home with them.
