- Please arrive promptly at your appointment time. 
 
- If possible, please book your appointment using our online booking system.
 
- Please do not attend your appointment if you are experiencing symptoms not related to any current chronic condition. Please call us and we will be happy to help you reschedule for a better day.

Referrals are not necessary to see Brian Boehme. You can book online or call our clinic to schedule an appointment. Sometimes your extended health insurance company will require a referral or prescription before they will help cover the cost, so be sure you know the details of your coverage before you book an appointment.
