Dr. Galbraith is accessible by referral only. Referrals may come from other physicians, physiotherapists or chiropractors. Once we receive your referral, we will contact you to schedule an appointment. To help us be more efficient, you may be initially evaluated by one of our screening doctors who may perform an initial history and exam, recommend further imaging of the injured area, and review a focused home rehabilitative program specific to your injury and needs. This aids our Sports Medicine physician in being more efficient in their consultation with you.
How can I see a physiotherapist?
Referrals are not necessary to see Brian Boehme or Jordan Heninger. You can call our clinic to schedule an appointment. Claudia Mou is also a Physiotherapist Assistant and can be seen after an assessment is done by Brian or Jordan.
How can I see a chiropractor?
Referrals are not necessary to see Dr. Siemens You can call our clinic or book online through this website. When booking your first appointment please select Assessment (which includes treatment), and any follow-up appointments select Treatment.
How can I see a massage therapist?
Referrals are not necessary to see Deanna or Sarah. You can call our clinic to schedule an appointment..
Do you offer direct billing to insurance companies?
Yes we do! We are able to direct bill for the services provided by our physiotherapists, chiropractors and massage therapist. We can direct bill to the following insurance companies:
