With 8 years of clinical experience and over 10 years working within the health and fitness industry, Sarah completed her Certificate IV in Massage in 2007 at Endeavour College of Natural Health, Brisbane Australia. She then went on to complete her Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2008 and finally her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science in 2009.


She has also completed her Certificate IV in Pregnancy Massage, Hot & Cold Stone Massage Therapy and completed accumulatively 330hrs Yoga Teacher training. She is registered and is in good standing with Natural Health Practitioners of Canada Association.


Sarah uses a variety of massage techniques to help relieve and manage pain, increase body awareness and assist in the prevention of further injury. Both deep tissue and relaxation techniques are generally used, depending on the individual needs of the client. Techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, silicone cupping, lymphatic drainage, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) and use of breath, are all techniques Sarah may use to help achieve positive outcomes for treatment.


She has experience working with both sports-related injuries and other conditions resulting in pain and discomfort due to postural & repetitive strain injuries.


Outside of work, Sarah lives an active, healthy lifestyle. She likes to maintain her momentum and enthusiasm for daily living by challenging herself through outdoor activities such as rock climbing, running, water and downhill skiing, yoga and slack-lining.
